In an effort to offer festival-goers a variety of food options and also to insure food vendors the best opportunity for sales, we try to limit the number of vendors selling “like” items. We may ask that you not sell specific items if at least one other vendor has registered before you and will be offering the same item. We’ll notify you immediately.

Please list ALL the items you plan to sell. If we find you are selling an item you do not have on this sheet, we may ask you to not sell that item. Before you add anything other than what is on this list, you must receive permission from a CorryFest organizer.

Food Item Description

Enter "Name" and "Description" for each food item sold.

The total number of vendor spaces is limited and space will be assigned on a “first-come, first-served” basis. All applications should be returned on or before May 30, 2024 with a copy of your insurance naming The Corry Area Chamber of Commerce as an additional insured. Your application does not reserve your space. The chamber must receive your non-refundable payment to reserve your space.

You must comply with the following rules:

You must supply your owner electrical cords.
All vendors must display their PA Sales Tax license in a prominent location. The Corry Area Chamber of Commerce will not assume responsibility for vendors failing to obey PA laws and regulations governing sales.
Vendors are responsible for their own garbage clean up. You MUST supply at trash can at your food truck! A large dumpster will be supplied where you can put your full trash bags.
All vendors must carry liability insurance and enclose a copy of their certificate of insurance with this application.

Your payment reserves your space, not your application.

Set-up will be Thrusday, June 13, 2024 between 8:30 am and 11:00 am

Food vendor hours are 11:00 am to dusk. Food vendors can stay open longer while bands are playing in the park.

Food vendors must comply with the Erie County Department of Health rules and regulations and carry a current certification to vend.

Only foods listed and approved on your application may be sold, to avoid duplication. All food prices should be clearly displayed.

I agree to the rules set forth on the enclosed information sheet. I understand that, if I fail to comply with the rules of the festival, I may be asked to leave and that the vendor fee is non-refundable. I understand that, if my vehicle is parked illegally, it may be towed. I hereby relieve the Corry Area Chamber of Commerce and its agent and/or the City of Corry, and /or the YMCA of Corry, from any responsibility for damage, theft, or injury to myself, my agents, or property during CorryFest.
