  • Vendor spaces will be assigned on a “first-come, first-serve” basis.

    We require a three-day registration for this event. All applications should be returned on or before May 30, 2024 with a copy of your insurance or a signed vendor waiver form. Your application does not reserve your space, your registration fee does. Please contact the Chamber with any questions.

    • Spaces are 12’ X 12’ with at least 2’ between vendors. All of your vending needs must fit in that space or you will need to acquire additional spaces.
    • Vendors must provide tables, chairs, canopies, extension cords and displays. Someone should be at your site at all times during the event. Electricity will be available on a very limited basis in certain areas and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • All vendors must display their PA Sales Tax license in a prominent location.
      CorryFest and the Corry Area Chamber of Commerce do not assume responsibility for vendors failing to obey PA laws and regulations governing sales.
    • Any bake sale items are subject to the rules and regulations of the Erie Co. Health Department
    • There will be NO cars permitted in the sales area. Vehicles are permitted in the park for loading and unloading but must be moved afterward. Parking is limited in the immediate area of Corry City Park. Please plan accordingly.
    • We welcome demonstrations by artisans. Please indicate on your form as to whether you will be demonstrating your craft.
    • No pets are permitted in the City Park.
    • Your payment reserves your space, not your application.
    • Set-up will be Thursday, June 13, 2024 between 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM. If you wish to set up the night before, please talk to the Chamber director.
    • This is a 4-day event and we ask that you plan to stay for all days. Crafter vendor hours are Thursday June 13, 2024 11 AM to dusk(If you wish to set up for Thursday in the Park music series)(Wood Carvers will be there) and Friday, June 14, 2024, 11:00 am to dusk or later if you want(there will be a band playing from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm) and Saturday, June 15, 2024, 11:00 am to dusk or later(there will be a band playing from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm)and Sunday June 16, 2024, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm there will be a band playing.
    • No teardowns before 3 pm on Sunday, June 16.

    I hereby agree by the rules set forth on the enclosed information sheet. I understand that if I fail to comply with the rules of CorryFest, I may be asked to leave and that booth space is non-refundable. I understand that if my vehicle is parked illegally it may be ticketed and/or towed. I hereby relieve CorryFest, the Corry Area Chamber of Commerce and/or the City of Corry and/or the YMCA of Corry from any responsibility for damage, theft, or injury to myself, my agents, or property during CorryFest.
